Blueberry Topping

Lovely for toasties, crepes, buckwheat pancakes, morning yogurt, family occasions.

The stars of the show are the wild lowbush organic blueberries, harvested from Youngs Cove Road in Pembroke. At their commercial kitchen, the Minke, added in organic lemon juice, pectin and organic cane sugar… but not too much! 

Ingredients ( all certified organic) : Maine wild blueberries,* cane sugar, lemon juice, pectin, calcium citrate
